Jack-gun, gun
Has anyone else noticed that Gibbs always calls Caitlin Todd "Kate", but he always calls Tony DeNozzo "DeNozzo". Except when he's introducing them as "Special Agent Todd" and "Special Agent DeNozzo". And what's with all these Special Agents? Are there any plain Agents?

Yep, I'm churning through them.
I'm kind of surprised I'm playing "spot the actor" with this again; I usually tend to do that more with British or Canadian shows. But this time it was "Eeeeee!" when I saw Adam Baldwin, and I kept on wondering if one of the actresses was the same person who'd played Darla in Buffy (I've now checked with IMDB, and the answer is "yes").

Wow, this show has really hit its stride! Interesting to see how obsessed Gibbs is about what happened in "Bete Noir". Tony is still an idiot most of the time. It's interesting how McGee has become a semi-regular.

Now that was a good episode. Facing your nightmares... or failing to face them.

This episode is kind of haunting.

That was actually a good plot there. A mixture of truth and paranoia. Intriguing.

One question, for folks in the US: Sherrifs get elected to their positions? Not appointed? That seems really strange. Then again, the whole durisdiction thing strikes me as a bit dumb, since all it ever seems to do is make things more difficult. But then, I live in Victoria, which has one police force for the entire state. And the police chief sure don't get elected.
Anyways...

I still don't like Tony. Though the thing that he and Kate have going giving each other dirty jobs... well that's kind of amusing, I suppose. Though I guess the positive thing is that he wasn't so much of a clown in this episode.

Aw, Gibbs looked good in uniform.

Oh, and I have to say, I forgot to mention about the episode with the satellite ("Eye Spy") that I was thrilled to see James Morrison playing the part of the CIA boss, even though it was a tiny part.

So, this is the first time the "redhead in the car who picks Gibbs up" is mentioned explicitly. And neither Tony nor Kate know who she is. They just know that Gibbs has a thing for redheads.

The plot for this one, a bit bizzare...

Well, the plot on this one was more interesting than usual; all cloak and dagger.

Ah, poor Ducky! I don't think Ducky is boring, I just think he has a tendency to get sidetracked.

What is it with Gibbs and driving off in a sports car with a redhead (who is presumably his wife)? Or maybe I should say, why is it that his wife always turns up in a sportscar when Gibbs needs to avoid questions?

Hey, this one had a plot that was actually good! There may be hope for the series yet.
Since this is about the third time I've come across the phrase "Sub Rosa" as an episode title, I decided to look it up. And there's a pun in the title! I love titles with double meanings.

I was rather amused by the fact that Abby's relaxation reading is a lurid-looking magazine... entitled "Extreme Computing". (grin)
I like Abby.
