I was putting the trash out and the deadness of my lawn (not to mention the deadness of my ivy) caught my eye and I thought I'd take a photo. But before I actually took any photos, I got chatting with a neighbour and it was dim-dark by the time we were done, so I had to use the flash.

Not that it was a country walk, it was a suburban walk, so it probably doesn't count in that department. But as I've been doing about once a month, I took some photographs. And as it was really foggy, it was rather interesting.
